A Cottage to Remember Policies

• Rates Based on Double Occupancy
• Each cottage is designed to accommodate 2 Adults.
• An Extra Person can be accommodated in the 3 room cottage
• There is a 2 night minimum stay requirement for Weekends, Holidays and Fall Season for our cottages. If we have a cottage available 24 hours prior to date of interest, we may take a 1 night weekend stay. Please call after 12 NOON.
• Check-in: 4:00 pm (Late check in upon request)
• Check-out: By 11:00 am
• Smoking not permitted in cottages, but outside is fine.We appreciate your cooperation!
• Fees for extra cleaning or repairs and revenue losses due to smoking in the cottages will be charged to your credit card.
• Sorry, we cannot accept pets. We can recommend boarding nearby.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

• We accept VISA and MasterCard.
• All Rates are subject to 9% tax.
• A deposit equal to one night stay is required when reservations are made.
• Deposit will be held on a valid MasterCard or Visa.
• Full payment due upon arrival.
• A $25.00 service charge will be applied to all cancellations received less than 5 days prior to arrival and full amount charged within 5 days of arrival. 
• No shows will be charged full amount.
